How to apply for a grant

If you would like to apply for a grant, please complete this application form. (One form is used for all grant applications, apart from start-up grants - for details and applications please click here.)

Please note: you must complete the online form in one sitting - you are unable to save partially completed forms. A PDF copy of all questions on the form can be downloaded by clicking here. (please note that not all questions are required for all applications)

Before applying to the Scout Grants Committee for funding, think about these questions:

Please note: Applicants must supply their accounts for review, and must be compliant with the Scout Grants Committee's Reserves Policy. This requires the Scout Group, District, or County/Area/Region (Scotland) to hold no less than 3 months and no more than 12 months of annual expenditure as a reserve/unrestricted funding.

Individuals cannot apply to the Scout Grants Committee and must make an application through a Scout Group, District, or County/Area, Region (Scotland).
