Giving a presentation is a good way of giving people all the information you want to give them, whilst also being able to answer any questions they might have.

You could do presentations to staff at lunchtimes, making them aware of the opportunities available to them in Scouting. Some companies may even allow you some time during work hours to talk to staff about volunteering. So be sure to make good use of the opportunity!
